Role Overview
Madi International is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Professional Educator/Nail Trainer.
The role supports the sales team and develops the professional salon business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
The position combines technical education with field-based commercial and account development support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional product and technical training for salon owners, managers, hairstylists, therapists, and salon teams.
- Accompany sales representatives on field visits to provide technical and commercial support.
- Support new account openings, brand conversions, demonstrations, and closing opportunities.
- Build relationships with key accounts, premium salons, and influential industry professionals.
- Identify client technical needs and recommend products, services, protocols, and solutions.
- Conduct in-salon demonstrations, workshops, academies, launch events, and product presentations.
- Follow up after training to support correct product use, repeat orders, and account growth.
- Support underperforming accounts by identifying product knowledge, service execution, and product penetration gaps.
- Work with sales representatives to expand the brands and categories used within existing accounts.
- Support monthly sales targets and brand objectives.
- Provide market feedback on competitors, trends, pricing, salon needs, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain training schedules, visit reports, account follow-ups, and education performance records.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker is required, with good professional English communication skills.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in the professional beauty or salon industry.
- Experience with premium and high-end salons in the UAE is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and relationships within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon market are advantageous.
- Strong technical and product knowledge within professional beauty.
- Previous experience as an educator, technical trainer, sales educator, brand educator, or similar position.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect education directly to sales results.
- Confidence in demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and one-to-one coaching.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working in the field and visiting salons regularly.
- A UAE driving license is strongly preferred.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent premium international brands.

- The role involves regular field visits and work in salons across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
