- Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support effective use of Seesaw and/or LTM
- Check calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates and session bookings
- Communicate via email and phone to schedule professional development sessions
- Maintain pre and post session documentation and send follow up resources
- Maintain strong knowledge of latest Seesaw features and support resources
- Raise and help resolve customer issues with speed and urgency
Requirements
- Exceptional educator with experience in teaching or training
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Experience facilitating interactive training sessions

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw and/or LTM.
- Check your calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates from the team and/or sessions booked.
- Communicate via email and phone to support customers in getting professional development sessions scheduled.
- Maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow up resources to customers via email.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw as well as support resources that may need to be provided to customers.
- Raise any customer issues that arise with speed and urgency, helping to resolve and communicate back to the customer, as needed.
