About the Role
Little Thinking Minds (Seesaw) seeks a Customer Success Manager for Qatar to own post-sales relationships with schools, drive product adoption, and manage renewals and expansions. The role involves building strong relationships, conducting check-ins, and identifying upsell opportunities in the K-12 education market.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned schools and partners
- Build strong, long term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption
- Own the renewal and expansion process for your portfolio
- Understand school budgets and procurement processes
- Conduct monthly check in calls and onsite meetings with schools
- Monitor usage and proactively schedule meetings to improve adoption by offering solutions such as competitions, teacher workshops, parent workshops
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage across grades, departments, or additional products
- Collaborate with Sales/Account teams to support upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Plan and execute the Monthly TRP (Teacher Reward Program)
- Plan and run Ramadan competitions with schools and support in managing and announcing winners
- Organize and conduct end of year ceremonies, including managing schedules, visiting schools, coordinating logistics
- Support schools by arranging meetings with Content and Product teams whenever needed
Requirements
- Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in K 12 education
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to manage renewals and expansions
- Understanding of school budgets and procurement processes
- Proactive and able to drive adoption through workshops and competitions

- Collaborate cross functionally with Support, Product, Engineering, Content and Finance teams.
Your Responsibilities
