As the Production Supervisor, you’ll provide leadership and guidance to associates to ensure safety, quality, and service/zero waste goals are achieved.
By serving as a team leader and problem solver, you’ll drive Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant, making a positive impact on your peers and the company.
We’ll count on you to manage shift operations, supervising, and directing production while coaching and developing your team members.
