Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Technology, HR Technology, or Digital Learning.
2+ years of people leadership experience
Experience managing learning platforms, LMSs, LXPs, and related learning technologies.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders, including global and local teams.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Education, Business, or related field.
Experience with AI-enabled learning tools and digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards, accessibility best practices, and Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and AI-assisted media tools (e.g., Synthesia).
Experience with the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and workflow automation.
Working knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and audit frameworks relevant to learning and talent.
Learning technology certifications or project management certifications.

Salary: $114,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
