Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Effective communication in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Training in production supervision or lean manufacturing is an advantage.
Experience and Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Effective communication in English and Arabic.
