- Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards across the facility
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor workplace hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct HSE induction and training sessions for employees and contractors
- Promote safety awareness campaigns and programs
- Maintain documentation and records of HSE activities and incidents
- Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness activities
- Liaise with regulatory authorities regarding safety compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certification
- 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Strong communication and training skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management systems
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
