Support and control daily production operations while performing operational and technical duties.
Independently manage production activities when required and ensure production targets, product quality, and food safety standards are achieved.

Description
- Monitor daily production and ensure the production plan and targets are achieved.
- Support the Production Supervisor and lead the production area when needed.
- Assign manpower according to production needs.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, yield, waste, downtime, and material usage.
- Ensure production follows SOPs, recipes, specifications, and work instructions.
- Identify production problems and take necessary corrective actions.
- Work with QA/QC to maintain food safety, quality, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
- Monitor manpower attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Report major production, quality, safety, or technical issues to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Graduated in food technology.
- Previous experience in the same industry is mandatory.
