About the Role
The employer is seeking energetic and curious Market Research Assistants to start careers in market research and retail operations.
The role is suited to high school graduates and university graduates who enjoy field work, meeting people, and learning how the retail market operates.
Assistants visit stores, collect market information, and provide insights that support product presentation and branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit supermarkets and stores in the assigned emirate to check product displays.
- Take photos and complete simple checklists using the Shelvz mobile app.
- Record product availability, placement, visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Identify trends and share findings with the team.
- Help prepare short reports and presentations based on findings.
- Provide feedback to improve the shopping experience in the community.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or higher.
- Zero to two years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
