Key Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve asset reliability and OEE.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
- Manage refrigeration, boilers, compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and electrical systems.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Manage critical spare parts and coordinate planned shutdowns.
- Drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and HSE standards.
- Support equipment upgrades, automation projects, and CAPEX implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in cake and cookies, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong experience with automated production lines, packaging equipment, and industrial utilities.
- Knowledge of TPM, root cause analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance, GMP, and HACCP.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and automation systems is preferred.
