Production Supervisor

Provide leadership and employee development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previoussupervisory experiencerequired

Minimum of two years’ experience working in a production setting.

Bachelor’s degree; and/or three years + related experience

Exposure to lean manufacturingprincipalsand tools, as well as an ability to apply that knowledge.

Passion for continuous improvement and achieving results

Proven experience applying standard work systems and knowledge of production flow.

Proficient computer skills, including tracking and trending performance metrics, preparing routine communications, updating shared documents, and managing Q-board content.

Ability to set goals based on company and departmentobjectivesand achieve results

Strong communicationskills with the ability to develop and coach in a team-based environment.

Maintain a working knowledge of all departmental processes and activities

The starting target salary range is $83,000 - $100,000, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for a profit-sharing opportunity.
