• 2+ years experience in fabrication
• Experience running multiple machines
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Knowledge of metal forming equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

The target hourly range is $22..00 - $27.00, depending upon qualifications and experience.

T he posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate.

Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. .

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
