Role Summary
Oversee daily plant operations and ensure production targets are met.
Maintain safety, quality, and operational efficiency across equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise dryers, shredders, conveyor systems, thermal fluid heating systems, and board cutting lines.
- Generate daily reports as advised by the Manager.
- Monitor temperature, flow rates, and material throughput.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper operation of hot and cold thermal fluid systems.
- Oversee safe material handling.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies.
- Maintain production, downtime, and shift performance reports.
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met.

- The role involves daily plant operations and equipment supervision at the production site.
Requirements
- Experience supervising plant or production operations involving industrial processing equipment.
- Ability to monitor temperature, flow rates, and material throughput.
- Ability to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with maintenance teams.
