Role Description
The source includes a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician description based in Dubai, which conflicts with the Production Supervisor title and supervisor duties.
The supervisor role oversees daily plant operations, production targets, safety, quality, and efficiency across equipment and processes.
Production Supervision Responsibilities
- Supervise dryer, shredder, conveyor systems, thermal fluid heating systems, and board cutting lines.
- Generate daily reports as advised by the Manager.
- Monitor temperature, flow rates, and material throughput.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper operation of hot and cold thermal fluid systems.
- Oversee safe material handling.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies.
