Company Context
Vieco Pharmaceuticals operates a pharmaceutical factory in JAFZA, Dubai.
The facility produces tablets, capsules, syrups, ointments, and creams using pharmaceutical production technologies and international standards.
Production Supervision
- Supervise manufacturing operations and direct manufacturing operators.
- Ensure process flow complies with cGMP, company policies, and relevant SOPs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment, accessories, and workflows.
- Prevent errors, mix-ups, contamination, and cross-contamination through required controls.
Quality and Compliance
- Create production-area SOPs and coordinate compliance with the Quality function.
- Support sampling and inspections and follow Good Documentation Practices.
- Implement safety, environmental, and health regulations and respond to incidents.
Records and Coordination
- Create BMRs, MMFs, BPRs, and MPFs for new products.
- Coordinate timely raw material dispensing and receipt with the warehouse.
- Coordinate equipment setup, maintenance, calibration, qualification, and breakdown activities with Engineering.
- Train subordinates on updated SOPs and identify areas for operational improvement.
