Company Description
Vieco Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical factory in JAFZA, Dubai, producing tablets, capsules, syrups, ointments, and creams.
The company focuses on pharmaceutical production technologies and international standards.
Manufacturing Operations
- Supervise manufacturing operations.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with cGMP and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure equipment, accessories, and workflows are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Lead and direct manufacturing operators to maintain required process flow.
- Supervise cGMP and SOP implementation across manufacturing processes.
- Prevent errors, mix-ups, contamination, and cross-contamination through required precautions and preventive actions.
- Create required SOPs for the production area.
Quality and Compliance
- Coordinate with Quality to ensure process compliance with quality standards.
- Facilitate sampling activities and required inspections.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices in relevant documents.
- Prepare BMRs, MMFs, BPRs, and MPFs for new products.
- Implement safety, environmental, and health regulations and respond to incidents.
Coordination and Improvement
- Coordinate subordinate activities to maintain high-quality and cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with Warehouse on timely dispensing and receipt of raw materials.
- Coordinate with Engineering on equipment setup, maintenance, breakdowns, calibration, and qualification.
- Train subordinates on updated SOPs and proper procedures.
- Assess improvement needs and communicate recommendations to superiors.
Qualifications
- B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree.
- At least eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
