Role Overview
The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations and leads manufacturing operators.
The role coordinates production activities with quality, warehouse, and engineering functions.
Manufacturing and Compliance
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with cGMP, company policies, procedures, and relevant SOPs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment, accessories, and workflows.
- Apply preventive actions to avoid errors, mix-ups, contamination, and cross-contamination.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and health regulations are implemented and respond to incidents.
Documentation and Coordination
- Create production-area SOPs and prepare BMRs, MMFs, BPRs, and MPFs for new products.
- Coordinate quality sampling, inspections, raw-material dispensing, equipment maintenance, calibration, and qualification.
