About the Opportunity
The Production Reporting Analyst provides analytical and operational support for production accounting, regulatory reporting, and production operations.
The role maintains production, ownership, and financial data while supporting month-end and regulatory processes.
This is an early-career opportunity to develop expertise in production accounting, regulatory compliance, production agreements, and data analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain ownership, division of interest, and facility charge configurations in business systems.
- Support production accounting and production operations for oil, gas, and NGL production streams.
- Prepare and validate netback data.
- Review facility charge-outs, investigate discrepancies, and support cost allocation and reporting.
- Assist with production accounting amendments and data maintenance.
- Coordinate month-end activities, regulatory reporting requirements, and production reporting deadlines.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, issues, and recommendations.
- Resolve data, reporting, and accounting inquiries with internal stakeholders.
- Support process improvements and enhancements to reporting accuracy, efficiency, and system controls.
