ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate engineering or technical tertiary qualifications and significant industry experience.
Management / leadership qualifications and experience.
Diploma / Certificate qualifications in Quality / auditing or similar qualifications.
Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Significant experience working in an engineering function associated with naval ship/submarine build or maintenance capacity.
Conversant with manufacturing, fabrication and Quality control methods involved in large/complex engineering projects.
Ability to effectively interface with stake holders at all levels.
Flexibility in methods of approach to resolving problems.
Experience in the supervision and co-ordination of staff in support of maintenance projects.
Competent in writing/generating business reports/cases/performance results or other relevant corporate requirements.
Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
