- Lead change management programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders, using data and insights to influence decision making
- Develop people metrics and analytics to measure organisational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Champion a high performance culture through effective coaching, leadership development and recognition initiatives
- Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners, fostering collaboration, capability and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies and best practice while delivering commercially focused HR solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in an HR Business Partnering environment
- Experience leading HR teams within a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning and change management
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting HR data
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
- CIPD qualification is advantageous

About the Role
- Reporting to the Senior HR Manager – HRBP & Employee Relations, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into impactful people solutions that enable organisational success.
- This is a highly visible leadership role where you will lead a team of HR Business Partners while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (CIPD qualification is advantageous).
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in an HR Business Partnering environment, including experience leading HR teams within a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning and change management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting HR data to inform strategic decision making.
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
