Production Operator Openings
Essity is looking for production operators at its Cherokee/Barton Alabama manufacturing facility.
We’re looking for people who embody our Beliefs and Behaviors and bring curiosity, innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo. If you want to learn and grow in a collaborative environment while growing your skills, we would love to connect.
What You Will Do
- Operate many different types of machinery
- Operate lift trucks and other types of mobile equipment
- Work with basic computer systems
- Conduct basic maintenance on machinery
Who You Are
Have a high school diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends
Ability to analyze data
General mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Ability to take direction and execute
Must pass written assessment, interview, pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
