We’re seeking motivated Operators to join our Production Team , where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality products enjoyed by millions. You’ll work a fixed shift pattern across a 4-day work week , giving you more time outside of work.

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure products meet Mars’ quality and safety standards.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Complete clear shift handovers and plan ahead for schedule changes.

Work collaboratively to achieve team production targets.

Have an interest in working in manufacturing.

Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Keen to learn and develop.

High attention to detail.

Able to follow procedures and show initiative.

Mechanical aptitude desirable but not essential.

4-day work week.

Fixed shift pattern (Day Shift).
