Production Operative

Join the team at MM Flowers and help bring beautiful products to life. We’re looking for hardworking and motivated Production Operatives to join our Operations team at Alconbury Weald. If you're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting production lines with tasks such as: Stem placement and bouquet handling Accurate label application Building Q-boxes and maintaining production flow Operating machinery like bucket and strapping machines Scanning finished goods using Rubicon tablets Preparing materials like boxes, buckets, and labels for each run Following SOPs and health & safety policies to ensure a safe, clean working environment Supporting the Line Leader with training new starters and promoting teamwork Participating in cross-training to support various production tasks What We're Looking For Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to learn and work flexibly across different production tasks Good communication and collaboration skills Understanding of health & safety practices What You’ll Get Competitive hourly pay at £12.21 Weekly pay structure Stable full-time hours on fixed shift patterns Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within a supportive team
