Job Description: Business Application Support Analyst / BI Developer Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon (with occasional travel to UK & EU sites) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract| Monday–Friday | 40 hours Competitive salary + benefits Join MM Flowers – Powering Systems Behind Europe’s Leading Floral Supplier MM Flowers is a fast-growing, technology-driven manufacturing business supplying fresh flowers and bouquets to major retailers across the UK and Europe. As we continue our digital transformation journey, we’re looking for a Business Application Support Analyst / BI Developer to strengthen our ERP and reporting capability across the Group. This is a hands-on, business-facing IT role where you’ll combine application support with data and reporting development — working closely with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure our systems run smoothly and our data drives performance. If you enjoy solving real operational challenges, improving processes, and building impactful BI dashboards — this is the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting and maintaining our ERP and core business applications Troubleshooting user issues and ensuring high system uptime Developing Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making Working with business teams to improve processes and system usage Supporting peak trading periods with ERP and reporting queries Contributing to digital transformation and automation initiatives Delivering end-user training and documentation You’ll work closely with our Data Manager and wider IT team to ensure systems are stable, scalable, and aligned to business growth. What We’re Looking For ✔ 2+ years’ experience supporting ERP or integrated business systems ✔ Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, fresh produce, or operational environments preferred ✔ Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) ✔ Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data ✔ Exposure to SQL or cloud databases advantageous ✔ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset ✔ Comfortable supporting users in fast-paced operational environments You’ll be someone who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems, and working closely with business users — not just sitting behind a screen.
