• Production Planning & Control
- : Create production schedules, manage workflow to meet deadlines and specifications, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Quality Assurance
- : Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure projects meet company and customer requirements.
• Budget & Cost Management
- : Develop and manage production budgets, estimate costs, and implement measures to control expenses and improve profitability.
- Staff Management
- : Supervise, motivate, and train production staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance to ensure an efficient and productive team.
• Resource & Inventory Management
- : Determine and secure necessary resources, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce, and oversee inventory levels.
- Equipment Maintenance
- : Organize routine maintenance and troubleshooting for production machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Health & Safety
- : Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and foster a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Process Improvement

- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
