We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a personal care & hygiene products manufacturer in Umm Al Quwain.

Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations for personal care & hygiene products
- Manage production planning, process optimization, and quality systems
- Oversee production teams, KPIs, productivity, and wastage control
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, GMP, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain using ERP systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience in Paper, Packaging, Perfume, Tissue, Nonwoven, or Related Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization & quality systems
- Experience managing production teams, KPIs, productivity & wastage control
- Hands on exposure to Lean Manufacturing, GMP, 5S & Continuous Improvement
- ERP knowledge and strong coordination with QA, Maintenance & Supply Chain
- GCC manufacturing experience preferred
- Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
