Role Description
Part-time remote Production Manager role supporting AHDA initiatives.
Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of multimedia and communication materials.
Manage production schedules, timelines, vendors, quality, budgets, risks, documentation, and process improvements.
Core Responsibilities
- Organize production schedules and coordinate timelines across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver materials on time and within budget.
- Monitor quality standards and review drafts and prototypes.
- Ensure outputs align with brand, messaging, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Address production risks and issues proactively.
- Optimize workflows, maintain documentation, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience in media, communications, or public sector initiatives is preferred.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote, part-time setting.
- Proficiency with digital tools for project tracking and collaboration.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for production risks and workflow optimization.
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with AlAhsa or similar regional development initiatives is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is advantageous.
