Role Description
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and geospatial production activities.
The role is part-time and remote.
Responsibilities
- Organize project workflows, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress to ensure deliverables meet quality and technical standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, GIS, BIM, and surveying teams.
- Resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain documentation and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold safety and confidentiality requirements.
- Ensure projects align with client specifications and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in production or operations management within engineering consultancy, geospatial, construction, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of project planning and coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with surveying, GIS, BIM, urban planning, or 3D laser scanning is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are required for multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
