Production Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

Experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role

Strong track record managing Supervisors and frontline teams

Good understanding of production planning and operational delivery

Calm under pressure—you don’t lose your head when plans shift

Strong problem-solving skills—you fix root causes, not just symptoms

Clear communicator who can influence and challenge where needed

A consistent focus on safety, quality, and doing things properly

Experience in higher-spec or regulated manufacturing environments

Exposure to ERP implementation or working through operational change

12‑month fixed-term contract with a clear, business-critical remit
