Support ceramic manufacturing operations including material preparation, molding, pressing, and high-temperature processing
Investigate production and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods

Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process flows, and control plans
Support new product introductions, process validation activities, and production launches

Assist with quoting activities related to labor, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience in a manufacturing, process engineering, or production engineering environment
Exposure to manufacturing processes involving mixing, molding, pressing, ovens, kilns, or other high-temperature equipment
Knowledge of ceramics, advanced materials, powder processing, or similar manufacturing technologies
Understanding of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement techniques
