Improvements contribute to stronger first-pass yield, lower scrap and rework, and more stable manufacturing processes.
This position provides the opportunity to build increasing independence in quality planning, metrology, validation, statistical analysis, process improvement, and structured problem solving. The Quality Engineer receives technical guidance from the Senior Quality Engineer on complex assignments while developing toward broader technical leadership.
