Production Maintenance Supervisor supporting production operations, equipment reliability, and reduced unplanned downtime.
The role supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates maintenance programs, troubleshoots failures, and ensures safe and efficient asset operation.

Maintenance Operations
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign technician tasks based on operational priorities.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs and maintain inspection schedules.
- Respond to breakdowns, lead root-cause analysis, and reduce downtime and production interruptions.
- Monitor machinery, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, utilities, and equipment failure risks.
Planning and Coordination
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, technical documentation, manuals, drawings, and procedures.
- Coordinate spare parts and technical supplies with procurement and liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Support installation, commissioning, upgrades, modifications, engineering projects, audits, and safety inspections.
Performance and Safety
- Monitor downtime, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, productivity, and other maintenance KPIs.
- Enforce lockout/tagout and safe isolation procedures and conduct workplace and equipment safety inspections.
- Train, coach, and develop technicians and support emergency response and business continuity activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, maintenance engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of industrial maintenance, production maintenance, manufacturing, or similar experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and preventive maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of CMMS, maintenance planning, work orders, equipment history, safety procedures, and reliability metrics.
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is advantageous.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or reliability-centered maintenance is advantageous.
- UAE or GCC industrial experience and relevant maintenance, engineering, or safety certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is required.
