The Role
Support product planning activities, demand forecasting, product lifecycle management, inventory coordination, and cross-functional communication.
The position supports product planning and commercial operations in an international remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Product Planning team.
- Assist with product planning, scheduling, launches, forecasts, reports, and management presentations.
- Maintain product information, specifications, calendars, schedules, databases, ERP records, and planning documentation.
- Collect and analyze sales, inventory, market, and product performance data.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, lead times, replenishment requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate product requirements with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Sales, suppliers, and external partners.
- Support product lifecycle management, assortment reviews, portfolio reviews, and product discontinuations.
- Identify supply, inventory, availability, and forecast discrepancies and escalate risks to relevant managers.
- Follow up on product orders, deliveries, planning issues, action items, and cross-functional activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain confidentiality of commercial and supplier information.
