Job Purpose
Supervise and control daily production activities in truck body and trailer manufacturing.
Lead production technicians and coordinate with engineers and supporting departments.
Ensure efficient workflow, product quality, productivity, and timely completion of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication, assembly, welding, installation, and finishing processes.
- Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to production plans and priorities.
- Monitor production progress and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Read and understand production drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, welding, quality control, stores, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Monitor workmanship quality and help reduce defects, rework, and material wastage.
- Train, guide, and support production workers to improve skills, efficiency, and work quality.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise daily production activities in truck body and trailer manufacturing.
- Ability to read and understand production drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing requirements.
