Production Engineer / Executive

Job Summary

Experience and Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of experience in production or as a production in-charge.
• Manufacturing-environment experience is required.
• A B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering is required.
• Blood bag or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in a USFDA manufacturing unit is an added advantage.

Supervision and Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and supervise production team members on assigned shifts.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to optimize team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Production Coordination

• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
• Allocate resources to maintain smooth production flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or delays.

Quality and Safety

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and maintain quality-control procedures.
• Address quality issues in a timely manner.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections and audits, and correct hazards or violations.

Communication and Reporting

• Communicate production goals, objectives, and expectations during daily shift meetings.
• Report production metrics, performance, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, PPC, and quality-assurance departments.

Operational Excellence

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Implement Operational Excellence best practices defined in the playbook.
