The position is a Technical Support Executive in an international voice process.
The role handles technical queries from international customers through voice calls.
The position is based in Bangalore and works from the office.
The experience range is six months to two years.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve hardware, software, operating system, application, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance over the phone.
- Diagnose issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Troubleshoot basic Windows, networking, IP configuration, BIOS, and printer issues.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures, SOPs, and escalation guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team.
- Record interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or ticketing tools.
- Meet quality, productivity, SLA, and customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements
- Six months to two years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong English communication and technical troubleshooting skills are required.
- Availability for rotational or night shifts is required.
Compensation
- The posting states fixed CTC up to 3.5 lakh but does not specify a compensation cadence.
