- Production Engineer(s)
- Industry: GRP / RCP piping (or similar composite/manufacturing environment)
- Key focus: production planning, process control, shop-floor supervision, productivity and quality improvements.
- Experience: [2–5] years, preferably in GRP/RCP or composite pipe manufacturing.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation, balancing demand with capacity to maximize throughput.
