Responsibilities
- Support logistics of operations, such as coordinating transportation, shipping, and inventory control
- Support the supply chain to ensure efficient and cost effective procurement, production, and distribution
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication in daily operations
- Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet operational needs
- Maintain records and documentation related to operations for compliance and reference
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity
- Support operations with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services
- Coordinate and oversee specific projects related to operations
- Carry out the end to end process for all required staff licenses and certifications
- Serve as point of contact for details and information related to outsourced staff, including attendance
Requirements
- At least a graduate (from Any Discipline)
- Must have at least 2 4 years of experience as an Administrator/coordinator in a bakery or catering production unit
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Purpose
- The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office or organization by providing administrative and coordination support.
- This role is essential in maintaining efficient communication, managing office resources, and assisting with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- At least a graduate (from Any Discipline).

Salary
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
