About the Role

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions
- Sell coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and preparation machines
- Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- Generate revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking equipment, maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies
- Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- Manage the end to end process of serving the customer at the allocated location

- 1 3 years in a similar role
- 2 to 4 years in food and beverage industry
- English and Arabic language skills

Job Purpose
- Manage daily preparation and serving of coffee, plan and create recipes and maintaining daily operations of coffee corner.
- Along with it to perform the end to end process for the section/location allocated to provide exceptional service to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions.
- Sells coffees and coffees grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Manages the end to end process of serving the customer at the allocated location.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 3 years in a similar role
- 2 to 4 years in food and beverage industry
- English and Arabic. English is mandatory
Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
