- Familiarity with creating size charts
- Hands on mentality with precision and strong commitment to product success
- College level education with good numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Independent, flexible, and a team player
- Resilient, service oriented, and able to adapt beyond a standard 9 to 5 schedule
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn new ERP systems
