As Product & Technology Communications Manager, You Will

  • Develop product and technology communications strategies that support Cohere's business goals.
  • Partner with product, engineering, research, and modeling leaders to craft messaging.
  • Lead communications around product launches, including messaging frameworks, FAQs, press releases.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
  • Collaborate with corporate comms to drive proactive storytelling.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure consistency across communications.
  • Support thought leadership for product, research, and modeling executives.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine messaging.
  • Prepare and support crisis and issues communications.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

  • Have 5–7 years of experience in product and technology communications, or technical content.
  • Are an exceptional writer with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics.
  • Have experience partnering with product and engineering leaders.
  • Understand enterprise AI, machine learning, or developer ecosystems.
  • Are highly organized and detail oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in fast moving environments.
  • Have experience with product launches, technical content development, or developer focused communications.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships.
