About the Role
Echelon Insurance is seeking a Product Specialist for Property lines to collaborate on development, implementation, and improvement of insurance products. You will act as subject matter expert, analyze industry trends, create product roadmaps, and support underwriting direction.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure development, implementation, and continued improvement of insurance products
- Participate in development of product, policy wording, distribution channels, and marketing plans
- Act as project leader for small projects and monitor execution of project activities
- Gather and maintain competitive and market intelligence materials
- Act as SME in insurance products and services primarily for property lines of business
- Analyze industry trends as they relate to insurance products and services
- Conduct needs analysis to identify key target markets and marketing opportunities
- Create product roadmap
- Coordinate and assist end to end implementation for approved product initiatives
- Assist with formal presentations to business units and key stakeholders
- Research and identify opportunities to increase awareness of products/services
- Develop and maintain effective communication processes with various departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in quantitative field, or Insurance
- 5 years related experience
- Knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory environment
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage several projects at one time
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) Designation preferred
