What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure development, implementation, and continued improvement of insurance products.
  • Participate in development of product, policy wording/insurance materials, distribution channels and marketing plans.
  • Act as project leader for small projects and monitor execution of project activities.
  • Gather and maintain competitive and market intelligence materials.
  • Act as SME in Insurance products and services primarily for the property lines of business.
  • Analyze industry trends as they relate to Insurance products and services.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify/analyze key target markets, local marketing initiatives.
  • Create product roadmap.
  • Coordinate and assist end to end implementation for approved product initiatives.
  • Assist with formal presentations to business units, key stakeholders, Insurer(s) and/or Echelon management.
  • Research and identify opportunities to increase awareness of products/ services.
  • Develop and maintain an effective communication process with various departments.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in quantitative field, or Insurance.
  • 5 years related experience.
  • Knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage several projects at one time.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) Designation preferred.
