- Sales related skills such as outreach and lead follow up
- Understanding of or interest in gender equality, social impact, or non profit initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Relevant education in business, social sciences, gender studies, or related field preferred

Role Description
- This part time Product Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Product Specialist will support the development, positioning, and improvement of Project Naveli’s programs and offerings.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Analyzing user feedback and data, assisting with program design and updates.
- Preparing product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Answering participant and partner inquiries, providing clear information about initiatives.
- Supporting outreach and sales related activities to expand program reach.
- Collaborating with program leads, communications teams, and partner organizations.
Qualifications
- Product specialization skills, including experience working as a Product Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
