Role Description
- The Commercial Executive will support Project Naveli’s commercial activities, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with partners, sponsors, and service providers.
- This part time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and some work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Managing commercial agreements
- Coordinating follow ups with stakeholders
- Tracking commitments and deliverables
- Ensuring accurate documentation of commercial activities
- Assisting in preparing proposals, pricing summaries, and basic reports

Qualifications
- Commercial and Commercial Management skills to handle agreements, partnerships, and basic contract administration
- Strong Following Up and Customer Service skills to manage stakeholder interactions and maintain high engagement levels
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare proposals, reports, and professional correspondence
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai, managing time and priorities independently while collaborating with diverse teams
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email)
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, gender equality, or nonprofit initiatives; prior experience in a commercial or partnership role is an advantage
- Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience in business, commerce, management, or a related field
