- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives
- Translate AI/ML strategy into clear, prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and product improvements
- Lead the full product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Prioritize product backlogs based on data insights, business impact, and customer value
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI teams to ensure successful and timely product delivery
- Act as the primary product representative across cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and key decisions to senior leadership
- Align stakeholders on priorities, roadmap decisions, and product direction
- Gather customer insights through user interviews, analytics, testing, and feedback channels
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure product performance, impact, and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management and Project Management
- Proven experience managing complex products within agile environments
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern product management practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and customer focused solutions
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working with AI/ML products or data driven solutions is preferred
- Arabic: Native

Role Overview
