Role Overview
The Procurement Executive supports sourcing and vendor management activities for merchandise, supplies, and services.
The role helps keep retail operations timely, cost-effective, and customer-focused.
Vendor and Procurement Operations
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and build partnerships with reliable vendors.
- Track vendor performance, pricing trends, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Execute purchase orders and maintain accurate records in ERP, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Coordinate material flow with warehouse and logistics teams.
Cost, Inventory, and Store Support
- Negotiate cost-effective deals while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, variances, company policies, and statutory compliance.
- Procure packaging, uniforms, and other daily store supplies.
