The role supports sourcing and vendor management for merchandise, supplies, and services needed to keep retail operations running smoothly.
The position focuses on timely procurement, cost effectiveness, supplier quality, and operational support across stores and warehouse operations.
Vendor and Procurement Operations
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors for retail merchandise and operational supplies.
- Build supplier relationships and track vendor performance, pricing trends, and payment terms.
- Execute purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery across stores and the warehouse.
- Maintain procurement records in ERP, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Coordinate material flow with warehouse and logistics teams.
Cost, Compliance, and Store Support
- Negotiate cost-effective deals while maintaining quality standards.
