Role Overview
The Product Procurement Executive supports sourcing and vendor management for merchandise, supplies, and services needed for retail operations.
The role helps ensure products reach the right shelves at the right time while supporting cost-effective and customer-focused operations.
Vendor and Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors for retail merchandise and operational supplies.
- Build long-term supplier partnerships and track quality, delivery timelines, pricing trends, vendor performance, and payment terms.
Procurement Operations
- Execute purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery across stores and warehouses.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Coordinate inward and outward material flow with warehouse and logistics teams.
