- Lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for quality engineering and digital assurance products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with engineers, testers, and business analysts to guide releases and refine features
- Conduct market and competitive analysis
- Validate solutions with customers
- Manage product documentation
- Support continuous improvement efforts across product lifecycle
- Participate in agile ceremonies and cross functional planning
- Communicate product status and outcomes to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong Product Management skills including roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data and define KPIs
- Experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent Communication skills
- Understanding of Software Development processes and agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in technology, software testing, or quality engineering
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

- Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO preferred.
