Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision and roadmap for Life and Non Life Bancassurance offerings
- Act as Product Owner within agile or hybrid delivery teams, owning epics, features, and product backlog
- Serve as primary product interface between insurer and bank distribution teams
- Own product design for Life (credit life, protection, term, savings linked) and Non Life (motor, health, travel, home) products
- Drive digital first Bancassurance journeys across bank channels
- Ensure products are compliant with local regulations and bancassurance guidelines
- Track product performance using KPIs such as conversion, attach rate, persistency, claims ratio, and NPS
Requirements
- Experience in product ownership for insurance products, preferably bancassurance
- Knowledge of Life and Non Life insurance product design
- Ability to work with bank partners and internal teams
- Experience with agile or hybrid delivery teams
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in insurance

Role Overview
- The Product Owner – Bancassurance will own and drive the end to end product lifecycle for Life and Non‑Life insurance products distributed through banking partners.
- This role sits at the intersection of insurance, banking, digital channels, and distribution.
What you will do
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate product vision and roadmap for Life and Non‑Life Bancassurance offerings.
- Align product strategy with bank partner priorities, insurer growth objectives, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross sell, upsell, bundling, and lifecycle based propositions.
- Product Ownership & Delivery: Act as Product Owner within agile or hybrid delivery teams, owning epics, features, and product backlog.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization decisions.
- Bank Partner & Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary product interface between insurer and bank distribution teams.
- Life & Non‑Life Product Design: Own product design across Life and Non‑Life products.
- Digital & Journey Enablement: Drive digital first Bancassurance journeys across bank channels.
- Compliance, Controls & Governance: Ensure products and journeys are fully compliant with local regulations.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement: Track product performance using KPIs.
